How do I place a condo request?
1. Hot Weeks Getaways
-Request current listing of Hot Weeks by email.
-Call our condo agents, if the week is available we will book it.
2. Condo Request Form
-Go to http://www.ResidenceClubDirectory.com
-Fill in the required information and submit
(or you can print the form and fax or mail to our office)
Do you take condo requests by phone?
No, we will take information about what you are looking for, but we cannot do a thorough search and commit to
finding you the week until you return a signed Condo Request Form via fax, e-mail, or mailed with the $35.

When will I hear from Lets Go Traveling about my request?
Within two weeks of your request, a condo agent will contact you to acknowledge receipt of your request and
provide the details on what locations are available for your travel dates. The agent will then, upon your
approval, confirm the condominiums.
How long does it take to confirm a condo after I have placed a request?
Depending on the availability of condominiums in the areas and dates you are requesting, it can take from a
couple of days to a couple of months
How much can a condo cost?
Hot Weeks start as low as $99 for one (1) week.
Lets Go Traveling Fees for private condominiums are as follows on a per week, space available basis, provided
you follow the terms and conditions of membership and complete a condominium request form with $35.
reservation fee. $299.00* for studio and one bedroom units. $399.00* for two bedroom units and $499.00* for
three bedroom units. Flat rate prices only apply to weeks obtained through our request form. Prices for Real
time inventory displayed on our email specials and Hotweeks will be as quoted.
*Add $100.+ for Holiday condominiums & special destinations. Excludes all-inclusive resorts and some Major
City Locations.
Do I have to accept and pay for the condo you find for me?
Yes. If we find a condominium for you that is within the price range, dates, and areas you requested, you are
obligated to pay for that condo per the terms and conditions. Payment is due at the time of booking.
How can I receive the Hot Weeks?
Submit your e-mail address, and you will receive them periodically or online.
Is a deposit required when I submit a condo request?
Yes, There is a $35. non refundable Personal Reservations Procurement deposit required when you submit a
condo request.
